AB jag is also a great counter if you can get the dram pilot to engage. It can be kinda tricky but works some of the time as a lot of people make the assumption that all jags are Dual MSE fit.

Sorry, the 10% or 0.1 was part of my explanation. I'm trying to get a Final Material cost of negative ME blueprints based on their ME 0 Material requirements, rather than based on their Base material requirements.
